Comments about instructor and/or facility: Instructor was very thorough, very accessible, flexible, always gave us extra knowledge (real world application) and made sure we understood what we were learning. Excellent instructor.

Comments about instructor and/or facility: When we’re going over homework or reviews, sometimes you talk too fast.  Other than that, instructor was “A” okay.
Ways the program could be improved: On the insurance tests, fewer T & F, more multiple choice.  Also, I prefer multiple choice on finals

Features you liked most about the program: Coding practice- I liked that we went chapter by chapter and spent time going over the answers. I also enjoyed the medical terminology.
Comments about instructor and/or facility: Instructor was extremely knowledgeable and if she did encounter something she didn’t know, she would research and find out for us.
Ways the program could be improved: I can’t really think of anything to improve the class-to me, it was perfect.  Maybe more on the HCPCS
