He communicates the standards in a way that is understandable to those with no previous exposure to ISO without losing the participants who have more of a foundation. That is a really fine line to walk, and he has a true gift in this area. I’ve never mastered the ability to communicate the same material to people at vastly different levels successfully. There is no way we’d be this far along in the process without him. Initially I thought training was a good idea, but part of me didn’t understand why people couldn’t read the standards for themselves and craft their procedures accordingly.
