- Features you liked most about this program: Great instructor! Course valuable, everyday information that is good for everyone, especially those in the food industry. Enjoyed the videos and pace of class.
- Comments about instructor and/or facility: Great instructor-knowledgeable about subject. Great communication skills. He was able to explain the information in an easily understandable fashion conducive for learning. Facility was appropriate.
