Features you liked most about this program: Field trip to Wilmington WWTP. Description of different processes that I have never seen. Got the most out of actually seeing a new facility in operation.
Comments about instructor and/or facility: Very good material handouts along with class presentations. Conversations with instructor during breaks and after class. Quite knowledgeable from the many plants he operated.
Ways the program could be improved: Math area was weak. More in depth of collection systems.
