Precision Tool, Inc., a well-established tool company and industry leader is seeking Independent Reseller Representatives to sell our patented, innovative products as part of their business portfolio. Our Independent Reseller Representatives will represent Precision Tool’s hand-tools, a unique and innovative ratcheting wrench product line with an open-end ratchet wrench that outperforms standard open-end wrenches.

Independent Reseller Representatives are expected to develop new accounts in order to accelerate their personal growth and earning potential, as well as that of the territory.

Applicants should have an interest in outside sales and must be highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individuals. Strong communications skills and follow-through are essential.

Reseller representatives will be responsible for purchasing the tool sets and reselling them to area businesses and the trades. Microloan opportunities are available through Accion Chicago for initial purchase of tool sets, pending individual approval. Positions are earning-based and will require travel within the sales region.

Our ideal reseller representatives should have:

The ability to establish new relationships with customers (hardware and general stores, auto supply, auto repair, warehouse distribution centers, construction suppliers)
Background in cold calling, networking, and business development is a plus but not required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Solid organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and focus on customer service.
