"The Disney Keys to Excellence event at Joliet Junior College was one of the most amazing experiences.  My sister and I attended the program as representatives from our family business, Flanagin’s Bulk Mail Service - Valparaiso, IN.  I anticipated a good program because of the Disney name, but this program at this facility really exceeded my expectations!   The Disney balloons and Mickey feet welcomed us as we were greeted with tasty foods and comfortable chairs. 

The facilitators blew me away – their excitement and passion lit up the room leaving me with 3 “critters” and a booklet full of tools to grow and succeed in our company.  The segment on the Accountability Matrix really opened my eyes to the direct connection between leadership behaviors and business results.  My favorite tool was ‘understanding your guests’ compass – it is really going to enhance our goal of perfecting our customer service. 

Lastly, beyond my wildest dreams – I was the winner of the  “3 ½ day Disney Institute Individual Enrollment Program”.  I will be attending the People Management program at Walt Disney World - Boardwalk Inn September 2009 which also includes my hotel room and park tickets.  Truly my dream coming true ~ I’m Going to Disney World!"
